Rob Robinson

Rob Robinson has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a CPL in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Rifleman. Following that, they worked as a Dry Finish Operator at Pendleton Woolen Mills. Rob then served as a Student Unix Systems Administrator at Clark College. In 2003, Rob joined Tapani, Inc. as an IT Director/Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as server and virtual host management, maintenance, disaster recovery strategies, and end user support. Rob successfully implemented server virtualization using VMware technologies, resulting in increased flexibility, stability, and cost savings. After leaving Tapani, Inc., Rob worked as a Service Manager at ThinkTankIT, a Solution Architect at Unidesk, and currently holds the role of Sr. Solutions Engineer at Lakeside Software.

Rob Robinson began their education at Clark College in 2001 and completed their studies in 2003, earning an AAS degree in Network Administration. In 2013, they obtained several certifications including VMware Certified Associate in Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) and Workforce Mobility (VCA-WM) from VMware, as well as the Unidesk Certified Professional (UCP) certification from Unidesk.
