Rob VanCleave

Rob VanCleave has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rob started their career as an on-air host at Regent Broadcasting from June 2001 to December 2006. Rob then transitioned into the role of Promotions Director at Genesis Communications, where they built the department from the ground up and managed various aspects of radio production and operations from April 2007 to July 2009.

Afterward, Rob joined Connectivity Marketing & Media Agency as a Creative Director from December 2010 to May 2014. In this role, they designed collateral, managed social media campaigns, built client websites, and oversaw a team of creative freelancers and interns. Rob'sclients included renowned organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, WWE, Downy, and the American Cancer Society of Tampa Bay.
