Steve Faltus

Steve Faltus has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Steve started their career in the United States Air Force in 1983, where they served as a Law Enforcement Specialist/K9 until 1992. Following their military service, they joined Comcast as a Lead Information Technology Analyst in 1992 and held that position until 2009.

In 2010, Steve joined UnitedHealth Group, where they initially worked as a Senior Information Technology Systems Analyst. During this time, they became a Subject Matter Expert for Lakeside Software's SysTrack product and was responsible for various tasks such as building servers, managing databases, creating reports, deploying the SysTrack agent, and troubleshooting machine and application issues. Steve also served as a liaison between Optum and Lakeside Software Sales and Engineers. Steve continued working at UnitedHealth Group in different roles until 2018.

From 2019 to 2020, Steve worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Analytics Engineer. In this role, they were again involved with Lakeside Software's SysTrack product. Steve deployed SysTrack in on-premise and cloud environments, built storage containers and servers in Azure, and tested and validated publishing scripts for SysTrack and Nexthink events.

Currently, Steve is employed at Lakeside Software as a Technical Services Engineer and has been working there since 2021. Steve also holds the position of Customer Success Engineer, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, Steve Faltus possesses a wealth of experience in various technical roles, including system administration, analytics, and customer support.

Steve Faltus attended Century College from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Information and Communications Technology. Steve obtained additional certifications as a SysTrack Certified Engineer and a SysTrack Certified Technician from Lakeside Software in March 2021.
