Wayne Pedlar

Wayne Pedlar, P.E., has extensive experience in management roles across various industries, including transportation, chemicals, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Dial-A-Ride Driver at Laketran since June 2023, Wayne focuses on providing transportation services in Lake County, Ohio, particularly for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Prior to this role, Wayne held various plant manager and general manager positions at companies such as Polynt-Reichhold, ITEN Industries, and Chromaflo Technologies, where responsibilities included improving operational efficiency and profitability.
