Kim Goss

Kim Goss has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kim began their career at Laleham Health and Beauty in 2011. Kim started as a Human Resources Officer, where they managed the recruitment process and provided administrative support to the HR department. Kim then progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they provided guidance to managers, developed HR strategies, and oversaw recruitment and selection processes. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for managing the HR function and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In 2022, they assumed the role of Human Resources Director at the same company.

Prior to their time at Laleham Health and Beauty, Kim worked at Host Contract Management.
