Carlos Dubon

Carlos Dubon has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Regional Operations Director at Lamart Corporation since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Logistics as a Corporate Fellow through the Hire our Heroes program from August 2020 to November 2020. Carlos also has extensive experience in the military, specifically with the Marine Corps. Carlos served as an Officer Recruiter and Team Leader for five years at Marine Corps Recruiting, where they were responsible for all recruitment activities and managed a team. From 1996 to 2015, Carlos held various roles in the United States Marine Corps, including Senior Manager of Aviation Logistics, where they successfully implemented improvements to streamline processes and manage inventory effectively. Carlos also served as an Operations Manager during this time.

Carlos Dubon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. Carlos pursued this degree from 2016 to 2018, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following this, in 2021 to 2022, they attended UMass Global to obtain a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.

In their undergraduate studies, Carlos Dubon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Tulane University. Carlos completed their BBA from 2007 to 2009, also with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.
