Natalie Durante has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Natalie is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lamb Insurance Services since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at Community Services for Every1 from July 2019 to October 2021. Natalie also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Modern Disposal Services, Inc. for a brief period in June and July 2019. Natalie further expanded their skills through internships at Conference and Event Center Niagara Falls - USA as a Special Events Intern from May 2018 to July 2019, at CANNON DESIGN as a Recruitment Intern from September 2018 to May 2019, and at Fetch Logistics as an HR Intern in May to August 2018. Natalie's career began at Niagara University, where they worked as a Student Worker from September 2015 to May 2018.
