Austin Dupuy

Austin Dupuy has an extensive work experience in a variety of industries. Austin began their career as a Beer Educator at Firestone Walker Brewing Company in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Brand Representative for Mutt Couture, Inc., focusing on identifying partnerships with national retailers and creating advertising campaigns.

In 2016, Dupuy transitioned into technical recruitment, working as a Technical Recruiter and later as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Cadre (Formerly Neohire North) and then as a Corporate Account Developer at Cornerstone OnDemand. Theirresponsibilities included full lifecycle recruiting, business development, and client/account management.

In 2018, Dupuy joined Tempo Automation as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting talented individuals in engineering, product, and everything in between. In 2019, they joined Zoox as a Technical Recruiter.

Most recently, Dupuy has held positions at Verkada and Lambda. At Verkada, they were responsible for talent acquisition in engineering, while at Lambda, they have held positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter and as Head of Talent, where they are working to reshape the way Machine Learning Engineers access GPU Compute, ML software, and ML tooling.

Austin Dupuy graduated from Culver City High School in 2009. Later, they attended the California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. In 2013, they obtained certification as a Cicerone Certified Beer Server from the Cicerone Certification Program.
