Ryan McConnell

Ryan McConnell has worked in various roles and positions since 2011. Ryan began their career as a Courtesy Clerk at Raleys in 2011. After that, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Alexan International Inc. in 2014 and was later promoted to full-time work at the parent company EAMSW, where they served as a Sales Operations Manager. In 2016, they were an Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they developed and taught a leadership course. Later that year, they worked on a passion project, The Listening Project, as a Strategy team member. Ryan also worked briefly as a Barback at Prizefighter.

In 2017, they began working at Tempo Automation, starting as a Product & Growth, SDR before being promoted to an Account Executive. At Tempo Automation, they were instrumental in closing the largest deal in company history and exceeding their quota. In the same year, they worked at Starfish Leadership in a Growth role.

Theirmost recent role, which they still hold, began in 2019 at Lambda as Director, Enterprise Sales. In this role, they lead a team and is responsible for providing GPU workstations, servers, and cloud services to power machine learning engineers at the forefront of human knowledge. Prior to this role, they worked as an Enterprise Sales Manager and Enterprise Account Executive at Lambda.

Ryan McConnell earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Global Poverty and Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to attending UC Berkeley, Ryan studied Business Administration and Management, General at Sierra College from 2014 to 2015 and at Butte College from 2013 to 2014. Ryan also has additional certifications including the Nvidia Quadro Sales Curriculum 2020 and the Nvidia Tesla Sales Curriculum 2020, which were obtained in February 2020.
