Madhuri Sandur

Madhuri Sandur is an innovative Human Resources Generalist with over 3 years of experience in recruitment, performance management, administration, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Manager Talent Partner at LambdaTest since October 2022, Madhuri previously held the roles of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior HR Operations Associate at Elucidata from August 2016 to September 2022. Additionally, Madhuri completed a research internship at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and worked as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Academy of Sciences, focusing on microbiology. Madhuri holds a dual degree in B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, completed in 2016.
