Neil Sainsbury has extensive experience in urban design and planning. Neil worked as an Associate Director at Lambert Smith Hampton since 2023. Neil Sainsbury began their education at Rondebosch Boys High School, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Cape Town, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental and Geographic Science, as well as Economics. This program spanned from 1990 to 1992. Following their bachelor's degree, Neil Sainsbury went on to pursue a Masters in City and Regional Planning at the University of Cape Town, which they completed in 1994. Later, in 1996, they attended Oxford Brookes University, where they obtained a Diploma and Masters in Urban Design. The specific field of study for their diploma and masters program is unknown.
