Lindsay Varnum has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting from 2007, Lindsay worked as an intern at Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy Insurance, gaining knowledge about different types of benefits and assisting with open enrollments and terminations. From 2008 to 2012, Lindsay worked as a Human Resource Coordinator at Hamilton College, where they managed recruiting, conducted interviews, and organized campus events. In 2012, Lindsay joined PAR Technology Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruiting and screening potential hires. Lindsay later took on the role of HR Generalist/Recruiting Specialist, administering various HR programs, policies, and processes. In 2016, Lindsay became a Human Resource Manager at Anoplate Corporation, where they assisted in employee engagement, organization communication, and employee recruitment. From 2017 to 2022, Lindsay worked at Astrodyne TDI, starting as a Human Resources Manager and then progressing to Director of Human Resources and finally Senior Director of Human Resources. Lindsay was responsible for various HR functions, such as attracting, recruiting, developing, and training employees, as well as driving organizational change and employee engagement. Currently, Lindsay holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at LaMotte Company, starting in 2022.
