Simon Correia

Simon Correia is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lamour since May 2023, responsible for overseeing recruitment and talent attraction strategies for the apparel investment group. Prior to this role, Simon served as a Senior Employer Branding Specialist at SSENSE from June 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included executing global employer branding strategies. Additionally, Simon worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at SSENSE, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and strategic planning for various merchandising roles and leading recruitment efforts for the Online Personal Shopping team in New York City. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at PVH Corp. and as a Recruiter and Retail Sales Coach at H&M, where Simon supported full-cycle recruitment for store openings and expansions across Eastern Canada. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations with Distinction from Concordia University and a DEC in International Business Studies from Dawson College.
