Nancy Pridal, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nancy began their career as an Environmental Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District from 1992 to 1997. Following that, they joined Lamp Rynearson in 1997 and has held various roles within the company. At Lamp Rynearson, Nancy started as a Project Engineer and designed infrastructure projects, including grading, drainage studies, and plans. Nancy then moved on to become a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for client management and business development. Nancy also contributed to the company's growth by serving as the Director of Organizational Development, focusing on improving organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and program development. Nancy held the position of Sr. Vice-President until 2017 when they were appointed as the CEO/President. Additionally, Nancy has served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Omaha from 2011 to 2016 and as a Faculty (Adjunct) at the College of Saint Mary from 2009 to 2011. Overall, they have showcased expertise in project management, leadership development, and systems analysis throughout their career.

Nancy Pridal, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Nancy pursued their undergraduate education from 1989 to 1994. Later, in 2004-2005, they furthered their studies at the College of Saint Mary, where they earned a Master of Organizational Leadership degree with a field of study in Organizational Development.
