Rafa Palmero

Rafa Palmero has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director de establecimiento and Gerente de área at Lamucca Company S.L. since April 2011. Prior roles include Director de establecimiento at Shôko Barcelona from February 2001 to September 2009, where responsibilities included management and procurement. Rafa Palmero also holds an advanced level certification in Sommelier from Uned la rioja, obtained in 2002.
