About the challenge Currently we are looking for a Legal Specialist, This role will be focusing on designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation, which includes a review on our legal agreements and analysing the impact on the company when risks occur. As a legal and risk advisor, you will provide executive and management level advice on risks of new business activities and on current and future internal and external activities.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  • You will draft and review commercial legal agreements, MoU and related administrative tasks
  • You will Responsible for enterprise risk (legal, financial, commercial) identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting and assurance
  • You will compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports
  • You will assess financial process including but not limited to, financial incentive schemes
  • You will performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
  • You will liaise with Regulatory and Compliance, Internal Audit, external agreements, and Group Company and provide internal guidelines to fulfill the compliance standards

  • Bachelor's degree from local or foreign University in a relevant field such as law, finance or accounting

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in developing, maintaining, and continually improving key aspects of Financial and Non-Financial/Legal risk , understanding concepts of risk appetite, risk identification & measurement, enterprise issue management and risk assessment methodology

  • Strong project management experience (e.g., defining scope, setting project timelines and milestones, driving deliverables, identifying risks, managing issues, and client relationship management)
