Jean-Pierre GITENAY has extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors, currently serving as Président of Groupe APICIL since July 2014. As a founding partner and Avocat Associé at LAMY LEXEL Avocats Associés since April 1977, Jean-Pierre has established a strong legal foundation. In addition, ongoing roles include Vice Président at LYON PLACE FINANCIERE ET TERTIAIRE since January 1998, Administrateur at both LYON POLE BOURSE and Procivis Rhône since June 2009 and January 2010 respectively, and teaching responsibilities at emlyon business school and DJCE where Jean-Pierre specializes in Droit Boursier and Fusions-acquisitions. Additionally, Jean-Pierre has been a member of the conseil de surveillance at APIA administrateurs indépendants associés since May 2009.
