Stuart Howarth

Stuart Howarth has been with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service since January 1988, currently serving as Crew Manager for Lancashire Urban Search and Rescue. Stuart has been a Fireman for 30 years, actively involved in the introduction of USAR into Lancashire Fire and Rescue. Stuart has been an active member of ISAR since 1999, participating in exercises, deployments, and courses in various countries. Stuart is part of the UK ISAR Team deployed to assist in crisis situations abroad. Stuart's educational background includes Cardinal Newman College Preston and St Joseph's High School.
