Matt Micciche

Matt Micciche is the current Head of School at Lancaster Country Day School. Matt was previously self-employed as an Educational Consultant from August 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of School at Friends School of Baltimore from July 2005 to June 2021. Matt also held the position of Assistant Head of School for Academics at Wilmington Friends School from January 1995 to December 2005, where they were promoted through a series of leadership positions. These positions included Head of Upper School, College Counselor, English Department Head, and Twelfth Grade Dean. In addition to these roles, they also taught English, Humanities, and Theory of Knowledge from 1995 to 2005.
