Tammy L. Ober

Ms. Ober provides executive leadership for five of LG Health’s distinct service lines: Cardiovascular, Orthopedic, Digestive Health and General Surgery, Neurosciences, and General Medicine. She also provides executive oversight for Respiratory Therapy, Physical Medicine & Rehab, Laboratory, and Diagnostic Services.

Ms. Ober has over 30 years of leadership experience in hospital operations, strategic planning, and organizational performance. She most recently served as LG Health’s Vice President of Hospital and Post-Acute Operations. Prior to that, she opened Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital, serving as Chief Executive Officer for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Associate of Science in Business Management from York College of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
