Cara Roach

Cara Roach is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Lancaster Management Services and has been with the company since May 2015. Prior to this, Cara worked at the American Cancer Society as a Community Manager from January 2011 to April 2015, where Cara organized fundraising events and promoted the mission of the organization. Cara also has experience as a Case Manager at Indiana Professional Management group from March 2006 to March 2009. Cara graduated from Hanover College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education.
