The Lancaster University executive team has a strong background in academia and research. Before joining the company, they worked as lecturers, senior lecturers, and readers in Quaternary Science at the University of East Anglia. They also held a Natural Environment Research Council Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Edinburgh's Department of Geophysics. This experience gives them a deep understanding of the science and research that goes into the company's products.
