Bess Anderson has over 10 years of work experience. Bess began their career in 2009 as a Broker Services employee at Blue Cross and Blue Shied of South Carolina. In 2010, they moved to Blue Cross Blue Shied of South Carolina as a Payroll Technician, where they were responsible for 341 Cost Centers in multiple states, processing payroll for 1500 employees, determining eligible FSA reimbursements, processing terminations and calculating final pay, auditing co-worker's reports for errors, reviewing error reports and making necessary corrections. From 2014 to 2016, Anderson worked at Staples as a Payroll Technician and Payroll Tax Accountant, where they prepared and submitted federal, state and local tax returns for assigned states/companies, ensured delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all service level agreements, assisted the Payroll Tax & Reporting Manager with special projects, completed amended returns, assisted with PeopleSoft and Empower tax update testing, researched customer questions related to tax issues as well as tax agency notices, and reconciled payroll tax accounts based on company/state assignment. In 2022, Anderson began working at Land Intelligence, Inc. as a Business Manager and at TerraStride as an Operations Manager & Corporate Relations Coordinator.

Bess Anderson has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from Columbia College (SC) from 2007 to 2008, an Associate's Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Midlands Technical College from 2005 to 2006, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Liberty University from 2022 to 2024.
