Theresa Brassington

Theresa Brassington has been working in the real estate industry since 2005, when they began as a Real Estate Consultant at Rancho Coastal Real Estate. In 2022, they transitioned to a Project Manager role at Land Intelligence, Inc.

Theresa Brassington obtained a Masters City Planning degree with a field of study in Sustainable Urban Development from San Diego State University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Political Science from San Diego State University. Theresa also holds a Mediation Certification from the National Conflict Resolution Center and a Washington State Real Estate Broker certification from the WA State Dept of Licensing.
