Jose Salazar has over 15 years of experience in the IT and finance industries. Jose began their career in 2004 as a Reliability Engineer at E&M Solutions, C.A. In 2005, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager at CENTRAL Soluciones Globales, C.A. | CENTRAL Global Solution Co. From 2015 to 2020, they served as Risk Management Specialist at Banesco Universal Bank and Researcher at Finance Center at IESA Business School. In 2020, they became the CTO of ENETOR. Currently, they are the Vice President of Software Development at Land Intelligence Inc., where they are responsible for end-to-end IT processes, cloud architecture, micro services, data bases, integration architecture, application development lifecycle management, service delivery, pipelines, security, encryption, virtualization, design & engineering, implementation, and operations.

Jose Salazar completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Oriente (VE) in 2004. Jose then attended the Babson entrepreneurship program at Babson College in 2012, as well as a seminar in Political Economy at George Mason University in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from IESA. In 2017, they completed a Business Analyst program at Midlands Technical College. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2012.
