Jen Plowden

Jen Plowden currently serves as the New England Senior Program Manager at the Land Trust Alliance, overseeing program and service delivery to more than 250 land trusts across six states. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Conservation Economist at The Trust for Public Land, focusing on measuring the economic value of open spaces and land conservation. Jen has also held positions at Boston University as a Research Fellow, examined landowner awareness of conservation, and contributed to various land trusts in membership coordination and board roles. Jen holds an M.S. in Resource Economics & Policy and a B.S. in Resource & Agribusiness Management from the University of Maine, alongside a specialized management course from The Management Center.
