Lawrence D. Greene

Lawrence D. Greene is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Land Trust Alliance since February 2022. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for Pathways to Housing DC, where support was provided to staff focused on ending homelessness, and Director of Human Resources at Allegiance Relocation Services, where critical HR infrastructure was developed. Previous experience includes working as an HR Business Consultant for The American Red Cross, Manager of the HR Service Center at The National Academies, and HR Manager at NCQA. Greene began a career in HR at NeighborWorks America and has also held an analytical role at the Administration for Children's Services. Education includes a Master of Arts in Psychology from LIU Brooklyn and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John's University.
