M P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. They started their career in 2002, working in various roles for organizations such as FHI 360, Presidential Agency for Social Action, and Universidad de los Andes. In 2014, M P. joined The Nature Conservancy, where they held the positions of Global Finance Director and Global Deputy Director until 2020. Following this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for the American Forest Foundation from 2020 to 2022.
