Marcel Bischoff

Marcel Bischoff has a wide range of experience in various roles within different organizations. Marcel started their career in 2014 as a Scientific Advisor for the SPD-Fraktion Stadt Halle. From 2017 to 2017, they served as a Scientific Advisor for the SPD-Stadtratsfraktion Erfurt. In 2018, they joined Stadt Halle (Saale) as an Advisor to the Head of the Department of Treasury & HR. Currently, they are working for Landeshauptstadt Potsdam as the Head of the Lord Mayor's Office.

Marcel Bischoff completed their Bachelor of Arts in Politik- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg in 2011. Marcel then pursued a Master of Arts in Politische Wissenschaft und Regierung from the same university, which they successfully completed in 2014. Currently, Marcel is enrolled in the Master Wirtschaftsrecht (LLM) program at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, with a start year of 2023.
