Florian Doering

Florian Doering has extensive experience in vocational training and human resources management, currently serving as Ausbildungskoordinator at Landgard eG since April 2017, where responsibilities include the development of company-wide vocational training programs, employer branding, and personal development discussions for 20 trainees in office management and wholesale management sectors. Previously, Florian held the position of Personalreferent at ZAG Personal & Perspektiven, overseeing over 250 trainees across more than 110 locations in Germany, and worked at RICOH Deutschland GmbH as a Personalsachbearbeiter, managing personnel documentation for 600 employees. Florian began the career as a Steuerfachangestellter at Kanzlei Kaden and is pursuing further education to become a certified HR specialist through IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein.
