Thayna Pacheco has a diverse range of work experience in the creative and research fields. Thayna started their career as a Post Production Coordinator at Medialand in 2012, and then moved on to work as a Content Writer at BossaNovaFilms in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Programming Analyst at Casablanca Online. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Creative Researcher at Sentimental Filme. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Creative Assistant and Researcher at Alice Filmes until 2021, when they transitioned to a similar role at Café Royal. In 2021, they also had a role as a Creative Assistant and Researcher at Saigon filmes, before joining LANDIA in 2023 as the Creative Director and Treatment and Research Coordinator.

- In 2020, Thayna attended Escola São Paulo and studied Cool Hunting under the guidance of Sabina Deweik.

- In 2015, Thayna attended Academia Internacional de Cinema and pursued a course in Assistant Director, with Lara Lima as their instructor.

- Also in 2015, Thayna enrolled in b_arco and studied Roteiro e Direção de Arte (Screenplay and Art Direction) under the tutelage of Hilton Lacerda and Vera Hamburguer. Thayna'sfocus was on Cinematography and Cinematic Production.

- In 2014, Thayna attended b_arco once again, this time studying Assistant Director in a course called CINEMA INVISÍVEL, with Kity Féo and Marcela Lordy as their mentors.

- In the same year, Thayna also pursued a course in Cinema Documentário (Documentary Cinema) at b_arco. Thayna'sfield of study revolved around the representation of the unknown, from travel films to ethnographic films.

- In 2012, Thayna attended Escola São Paulo and studied Linguagem Cinematográfica (Cinematographic Language), focusing on Cinema, TV, and Video.

- Thayna started their higher education journey in 2008 at PUC Minas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism in 2011. Thayna'sstudies at PUC Minas were focused on Audiovisual production.
