Pedro Oliveira has held various roles in the tech industry since 2006. Pedro'sprofessional experience includes two internships, one at Accenture in 2008 and another at Link Consulting in 2006. In 2009, they began working as an IT-business Analyst and Project Manager at EDP. In 2011, they were a PM at SPOCS (EU project) at INOV INESC Inovação. In 2012, they co-founded Oops!booking and founded Entrepreneurs Break. In 2013, they co-founded Landing.Jobs and became a Non-Exec Board Member. In 2020, they co-founded CTO Portugal. Most recently, in 2021, they became the CEO and Co-founder of Talent Protocol.

Pedro Oliveira began their education in 2004, when they became an MSc Student in Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico. In 2008, they took a break from their studies to pursue an MSc Student program in Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology. Pedro then returned to Instituto Superior Técnico until 2009, when they finished their MSc Student program. In 2010, they obtained a Post-graduation in Foresight, Strategy and Innovation from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, which they completed in 2011. In addition, Pedro Oliveira has obtained two certifications: Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2013, and ITIL Foundations from EXIN in 2010.
