Sam Brod, CEC, is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at The Landings Club since March 2016. Previously, Sam held the position of Executive Chef at Grandfather Golf and Country Club from April 2014 to January 2016, as well as at The Vintage Club from February 2012 to May 2014. Sam's expertise includes managing large kitchen teams, menu development, food cost control, and procurement. Earlier experience includes roles as Line Chef at Cherokee Town and Country Club between 2008 and 2012 and a culinary internship at The Broadmoor in 2005. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from The Culinary Institute of America, completed in 2008, and also attended Lebanon County Area Vocational Technical School in 2004.
