Kelly (Brown) Weaver has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies such as Landis+Gyr, PerkinElmer, OPEN Health Evidence & Access, Charles River Laboratories, B/E Aerospace, Ingersoll Rand, and more. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, Kelly has a strong background in talent management, diversity and inclusion, program management, and generalist HR duties. Through their career, Kelly has demonstrated proficiency in implementing global training strategies, leading early talent programs, and facilitating various HR initiatives.
