Susanne de Bary

Susanne de Bary is a professional with extensive experience in HR organization and people development, notably serving as a Senior Learning Partner at Novartis within the Western Europe Cluster and as a Senior People Development Partner at Tesla. In addition to coaching roles in EMEA sales and retail training for Tesla, Susanne held the position of Corporate Communication and Country Specialist at the Ghorfa Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and completed an internship at Arab West Report. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Management for the Middle East and North Africa and a Bachelor's degree in Arabic Culture and Politics of the Middle East and North Africa, both from SOAS University of London.
