Willy Ragel

Willy Ragel is a culinary professional with extensive experience in Japanese and Asian cuisine, currently serving as a junior sous chef and Asian Cuisine Specialist at Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Center since March 2019. Previous roles include a Japanese sous chef at Fairmont Amman and sushi & Thai chef at Ishtar Kempinski Dead Sea, as well as positions specializing in sushi, teppanyaki, and Thai cuisine at Grand Millennium Amman Jordan and Yoshi Japanese Restaurant Amman Jordan. Willy's career began as a fish cutter at Nepo Mart from December 1997 to January 2008, focusing on seafood preparation and merchandising. Willy holds a degree in Radio Communication from Great Pleabian College in the Philippines, earned between 1992 and 1995.
