Charlotte Cooper Holmes, PhD

Charlotte Cooper Holmes, PhD has extensive work experience in the biotechnology industry. Charlotte is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Program Management Office at Landmark Bio since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Global MSAT and Data Sciences at Orchard Therapeutics from October 2021 to June 2022, and Director of US MSAT from March 2021 to October 2021. Charlotte also worked at bluebird bio as the Director of MSAT from December 2020 to March 2021 and as the Associate Director of MSAT from July 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they worked at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, where they served as a Senior Program Manager from December 2016 to July 2018 and as a Program Manager from September 2015 to November 2016. Charlotte started their career at Novozymes as a Research Engineer II, where they focused on fermentation engineering and was responsible for designing and implementing experiments in pilot plant facilities. Charlotte worked there from April 2011 to October 2013. Charlotte also gained research experience during their time as a Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University from August 2005 to March 2011. Charlotte started their career as an Intern at Wyeth in 2007 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina from January 2002 to August 2005.

Charlotte Cooper Holmes, PhD has a strong educational background in chemical engineering. Charlotte obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further academic qualifications and earned their PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from North Carolina State University, completing their doctoral studies from 2005 to 2011.
