Michelle Polacheck has extensive work experience in the training and development and human resources fields. Michelle started their career as a Regional Training Manager at Allied Solutions from 1997 to 2001. Michelle then joined Landmark Credit Union as the VP Human Resources and Training in 2003, where they strategically managed talent, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President Training and Development at Landmark, where they led a team responsible for improving the skills of 900 associates through role-specific training. Michelle has a proven track record of creating innovative training programs and implementing talent development strategies to drive business goals.
Michelle Polacheck has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Martin's College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, General from Regis University. Michelle has additional certifications as a Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International, Change Management Certification from Prosci, Microsoft Project Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Project Management Foundations Certification, also from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
