Harsh Aparanji

Harsh Aparanji currently serves as CHRO at Landmark Group, where the organization has been recognized as a "Great Place to Work" for 11 years. Previously, Harsh held the position of Global HR Director at DXC Technology, focusing on the transition from Performance Management to a Performance Development philosophy. Harsh’s extensive experience includes roles such as HR Director for EMEA at Honeywell, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational capability, and Total Rewards Leader for the Middle East and Africa, responsible for crafting employee value propositions. Harsh began a career in HR at Colgate Palmolive, managing HR and labor relations across multiple manufacturing plants. Educational achievements include an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.
