Tina St. Pierre is a partner and the Chief Administrative Officer at Landmark Partners. She is responsible for the Landmark’s fund and corporate governance. In addition, she provides oversight to the Firm’s operations team which includes the financial reporting and accounting for Landmark’s investment funds as well as human resources, technology and legal. Ms. St. Pierre also works closely with the firm’s counsel and the investment teams to structure fund offerings and underlying investments in an appropriate manner, taking into account the legal, regulatory and tax regimes applicable to the Landmark funds and their investors. She is also involved with the Firm's investor relations program.
Prior to joining Landmark in 1995, Ms. St. Pierre was a senior tax accountant with Arthur Andersen LLP.
Ms. St. Pierre currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Junior Achievement.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. St. Pierre received a BS from Bryant College.
