Katie Campbell

Katie, born and raised in a small town in southwest Georgia, moved to Athens to become an official Georgia Bulldog in 2002. She first joined Landmark Properties in May 2006 as a leasing intern. After graduating from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2006, with a degree in Real Estate, Katie was offered a full-time position as Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate at Landmark, Katie was in charge of communicating with and assisting prospective buyers, as well as scheduling and coordinating closings. She acted as a liaison between Landmark and all investors by communicating with them on any upcoming projects. Katie was also especially active in the setup and maintenance of Landmark’s expansion into Columbia, South Carolina and Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

In 2017, Katie received a Masters in Information Technology from UGA after working several years on Landmark’s technology-related projects. She now serves as Landmark’s Vice President of Technology Services. In her current role, Katie handles all technology initiatives for Landmark including telecommunications, business intelligence and managing third party IT relationships.
