Aj Henry

AJ Henry has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at Landmark Recovery, where they support a talented group of leaders and contributes towards the company's vision of saving 1 million lives. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Principal, HR Business Partner. AJ also served as a Regional HR Director at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Lowe's, AJ worked at Target in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner Stores and HR Manager Distribution. AJ began their career as an HR Generalist at Cargill Meat Solutions in 2009.

From 2005 to 2009, AJ Henry attended The University of Kansas. AJ earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management and Human Resources.
