Elizabeth Roy, MS. Ed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Fain Sheldon Anderson & VanDerhoef. Elizabeth then moved on to become a Development Administrator at Centex in 2006, where they managed administrative needs and assisted in various projects. In 2006, they served as an Office Manager at Evergreen Housing Development Group, where they implemented filing systems and coordinated office events. In 2007, they worked as a Sr. Administrative Assistant at Imperium Renewables.

In 2008, Elizabeth joined Amazon as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Directors of the WW Customer Service. Elizabeth later became a Leadership Development Coordinator, where they managed project teams and created onboarding processes. In 2012, they became a Leadership Development Specialist at Amazon, directing onboarding programs and leading project teams.

Elizabeth then transitioned to Microsoft in 2015, starting as an Implementation Specialist for the OSG Leadership Development Program. Elizabeth later served as a Learning & Development Consultant, Head of Learning and Development for WDG, and Manager of Learning and Development Portfolio, where they drove strategic management and improvement plans for learning programs.

Their most recent role was at Landmark Recovery, starting in 2022. Elizabeth served as the SVP of People Operations and Head of HR, focusing on translating people strategies into business outcomes and leading transformative strategies. Elizabeth also held interim roles as SVP of People Operations and Vice President of Learning and Development, overseeing teams and mentoring individuals.

Elizabeth is currently a Member of Chief, an exclusive network for female executives, where they engage in learning and networking cohorts.

Elizabeth Roy, MS. Ed received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law, Criminal Justice, and Philosophy from Washington State University. Elizabeth then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Learning Design and Technology at Purdue University. In addition to their educational background, Elizabeth has obtained certifications such as the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in May 2021 and the Accessibility in Action certification from Microsoft in August 2020.
