Ryan Evans

Ryan Evans has a diverse background in finance and accounting, spanning over 20 years. Ryan is currently employed as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Landsea Homes since 2017. Prior to that, Ryan worked at IHP Capital Partners as the Investor Reporting Manager and Vice President from 2012 to 2017. Ryan also held roles at CoreLogic as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2009 to 2012, and at IHP Capital Partners as a Senior Analyst from 2008 to 2009. Ryan gained experience in financial analysis and M&A during their tenure at Lennar Corporation as a Financial Analyst from 2006 to 2008. Ryan began their career at RREEF as an Accounting Manager from 2001 to 2006. Ryan's work experience also includes roles as a Staff Accountant at Bravo Sports from 1999 to 2001 and at The Goodwin Company from 1996 to 1999.

Ryan Evans earned their MBA in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, graduating in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara, finishing in 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan obtained the ITIL Version 3 certification in 2011.
