Alex Hodson

Alex Hodson has over 18 years of experience in health and safety roles. Most recently, they worked as the H&S Director at Landsec. Prior to that, they held the role of Consultant (Health & Safety Integration Manager) for The Unite Group Plc at Toucan Safety Limited. They also served as the Group Head of Safety at BT and the Group Head of Health & Safety at Connect Group PLC. In addition, they were involved in job-seeking during a period of redundancy and worked as the Group Head of Safety and Group HSE Strategy Manager at Centrica. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Health, Safety & Environment Manager at Thames Water and H&S Advisor at BSkyB. They also worked as an HS&E Consultant at ERM and a Safety & Security Advisor at British Airways.

Alex Hodson attended Crosfields from 1989 to 1992. From 1991 to 1996, they studied at Reading School and obtained GCSEs & A-levels. Lastly, they attended Aston University from 1996 to 2000, where they graduated with a 2:1 BSc degree in Health, Safety, Environment, and Social Studies.
