Michelle Rawnsley began their work experience in 1999 as an Inspections Co-ordinator for the Training Standards Council. Michelle then worked as a Fleet Assistant at Unipart from July 2001 to January 2002. In 2002, they joined RM Education and held various roles including HR Assistant, Senior HR Assistant, HR Systems & Data Consultant, and HR Officer - Systems & Reward. Michelle'stenure at RM Education lasted until December 2022 when they became the Group Reward Manager at Landsec.

Michelle Rawnsley has pursued education in the field of business and human resources. In 2001, they began their studies at The Open University, where they focused on Business Studies with Systems Practice. This course lasted until 2006. In 2008, they attended CIPD and completed an Advanced Certificate in Reward Management. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained a series of certifications from LinkedIn.
