Molly Toot

Molly Toot has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies in the agricultural industry. Molly currently holds the position of EVP, Administration & Sustainability at Landus since August 2022. Prior to this, they were the GROW Business Leader at Landus from June 2021 to October 2022. Molly also served as the Vice President External Affairs at Landus from August 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining Landus, Molly worked at Land O'Lakes, Inc. Molly held the role of Senior Director, Sustainability from April 2018 to August 2020, where they led the Member Owner Engagement team for the Land O’Lakes Truterra business unit. Molly was responsible for implementing and executing the Conservation Agronomy platform at key Land O’Lakes ag retailers. Molly also served as a Senior Manager, Sustainability at Land O'Lakes from August 2016 to April 2018.

Prior to their time at Land O'Lakes, Molly worked at United Suppliers, Inc. as the SUSTAIN™ Brand Manager for Crop Nutrients from September 2014 to August 2016. In this role, they were responsible for developing, promoting, and marketing the SUSTAIN™ strategy. Molly also worked in marketing at United Suppliers from October 2012 to September 2014, where they collaborated with various teams to develop targeted marketing efforts and create demand with growers.

Molly's work experience also includes a role as a Recruiting Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. from October 2008 to October 2012. In this position, they conducted talent sourcing and selection for Land O'Lakes customers in Iowa and Missouri, with a focus on Agronomy, Seed, and Feed positions.

Earlier in their career, Molly was the Director of Sales & Marketing at PigCHAMP / Farms.com from 2006 to 2008, where they managed and coached a sales team and increased software sales by 20% in 2007. Molly also worked at Syngenta Crop Protection as a Marketing Information Associate from March 2004 to May 2006, where they were responsible for sales program management, sales automation tools development, and sales reporting and analytics. Molly started their career as an Area Operations Manager at Syngenta Seeds, Inc. from November 1996 to March 2004, where they led and managed the Customer Support Center for the U.S.
