Grechen Askins, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Grechen has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1989, Grechen worked at Jo-Ann Stores, Inc., where they began as an Assistant Manager before being promoted to Store Manager. In these roles, they oversaw all aspects of employee relations, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, in addition to managing store profitability.

In 1996, Grechen joined Priority Title Services, Inc. as the Director of Operations. In this position, they managed the day-to-day operations of the company and also handled human resources responsibilities such as advertising, hiring, and benefits administration. Grechen also performed bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciling settlement trust accounts, and preparing financial reports.

From 2014 to 2018, Grechen worked at Newspapers of New England as the Payroll/Human Resources Manager. Grechen processed payroll for three separate newspapers and also handled various HR tasks, including maintaining employee files, benefits administration, compliance, and participating in committees related to employee wellness and loss management.

Most recently, Grechen joined LandVest in 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for all HR-related duties for 120 employees across 14 states. This includes benefit administration, payroll, employee handbook updates, recruiting, onboarding, leave tracking, employee communications, compliance, and more.

Grechen Askins, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting from Plymouth State University. Grechen completed their MBA at an unspecified time.
