Andrea Aberman

Andrea Aberman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within human resources and management. Most recently, they served as the Director of Human Resources at LandWorks, Inc. in Wisconsin. Prior to that, they spent 12 years as the Human Resources Director at Kesslers Diamond Center, Inc., where they built the HR department from the ground up and was responsible for the full range of HR functions. Before that, Andrea worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead, overseeing HR initiatives for multiple locations. Andrea also has experience in admissions and sales management, having held roles at Keller Graduate School of Management and Rogers and Hollands Jewelers, respectively.

Andrea Aberman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University from 1981 to 1985. Andrea obtained additional certifications, including SHRM - SCP from SHRM in October 2015 and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although the specific dates of obtaining the SPHR certification are unknown.
