Emily Dasilva

Emily DaSilva is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Coordinator and previously as a Business Development Representative at Lane Four since September 2023. Emily has been with the City of Barrie since September 2018, holding various roles including Aquatics Supervisor, Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, and Inclusion Program Lead, where responsibilities included leading teams, managing emergencies, and fostering inclusivity in programs. Emily holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology and English with a minor in Sociology from Lakehead University and has numerous certifications from the Lifesaving Society, including Aquatic Supervisor, Swim Instructor, and National Lifeguard.
